Chronic Thriving: A 6-Week Nervous System Tending

The Rested Body: A Gentle Nervous System Circle for Women with Chronic Symptoms

You’ve done all the things. But your body still isn’t thriving.

You’ve cleaned up your diet. Taken the supplements. Tried the protocols. Rested, pushed, rested again.

And still... fatigue. Pain. Gut issues. Anxiety. Overwhelm.

It’s not because you’re doing it wrong. It’s because your nervous system is holding the story.

This 6-week in-person circle is a gentle place to change that.

What This Is

A quiet, body-led space to slow down, listen differently, and rebuild trust with your own system.

Over 6 weeks, you’ll learn how to gently support your nervous system—the part of you that holds long-standing patterns of stress, tension, and protection.

No pushing. No performing. No fixing.

Just room to reconnect, rest, and feel what real relief is like.

Why Nervous System Work Matters for Chronic Symptoms

Chronic symptoms often have roots that go deeper than the body alone.

When the nervous system has spent years in survival mode—bracing, shutting down, tightening—it holds onto stress, even when life on the surface seems calm.

This can quietly fuel symptoms like:

  • Ongoing fatigue

  • Muscle tension and pain

  • Digestive struggles

  • Migraines

  • Anxiety or irritability

  • Feeling stuck, frozen, or shut down

By gently working with your nervous system, not against it, you create conditions for your body to soften, shift, and rebuild capacity for real thriving—not just coping.

What You’ll Receive in Each Session

  • Guided Somatic Practices to support nervous system regulation (simple, safe, no experience needed)

  • Restorative Movement designed for low energy or high sensitivity (no strain or efforting)

  • Body-Led Nervous System Education in clear, relatable language

  • Space for Optional Sharing and Reflection (no pressure to perform)

  • Practical Tools and Home Practices to gently support your daily life

Each session meets you exactly where you are. Tired? Distracted? Shut down? It’s all welcome. You don’t have to feel “good” to come.

Who This Is For

This circle is designed for women who:

  • Live with chronic fatigue, gut issues, migraines, pain, or anxiety

  • Have “tried everything” and are tired of chasing fixes

  • Feel sensitive, easily overwhelmed, or emotionally worn out

  • Want a body-first, not mindset-only, approach

  • Are ready to stop managing and start gently reconnecting with themselves

You don’t need to be “ready” or “in a good place.” You just need to show up as you are.

Your body isn’t broken.

It’s waiting for safety, connection, and a new way to listen.

Come gently home to yourself.

I won’t promise you a quick fix or a perfect outcome. But when you join, you’ll begin a real relationship with your body, and you can expect to experience greater ease, clearer awareness, and a deeper sense of safety and rest over time.

This work is about showing up for yourself, bit by bit, and trusting the process.

As much as you want to feel better right now, I bet you’re exhausted by all the “fix” stuff. Part of you already knows that’s not how real healing works.

You don’t have to push so hard or figure it all out alone.

Just come as you are...and let yourself be held.

I’m Angela Rivero.

I started this work because I lived with chronic symptoms myself, autoimmune struggles, fatigue, pain, overwhelm. I tried every diet, every protocol, every quick fix. Nothing gave me lasting relief.

What changed everything was when I stopped fighting my body and began to build a real relationship with it, honoring my emotions, listening to my nervous system, and trusting what my body needed.

Now, I help women do the same: move from struggle to gentle thriving.
