Somatic Women's Circle

Many women are deeply familiar with stress in their bodies. Being alert, responsible, and managing what’s next can become the default. Over time, it can be harder to recognize what feels grounded, easeful, or genuinely supportive inside.

This somatic women’s circle is an evening of feminine embodiment, rest, and gentle ritual. Rather than focusing on stress or fixing anything, we’ll slow down and practice noticing what feels steady, nourishing, and good in the body. Through soft somatic movement, simple ritual practices, and shared presence, the body is given permission to settle.

The circle offers a calm, contained space to rest, be resourced, and reconnect with yourself alongside other women. You’re welcome to share, or to simply listen and receive. The intention is that you leave feeling more grounded, more supported, and more at ease in your body than when you arrived.
