Grief touches all of us. Sometimes it's the loss of someone we love. Other times it's the loss of a relationship, a dream, our health, a season of life, or the version of ourselves we thought we'd be.

This month's circle is a gentle invitation to slow down and tend to what your heart has been carrying.

Together, we'll explore the Layers of Support. This somatic practice helps you reconnect with the people, places, memories, values, and inner resources that can support you while moving through grief.

You'll also experience guided reflection, simple nervous system practices, meaningful conversation, and light charcuterie-style snacks in the company of other women.

This isn't about fixing grief or moving on from it.
